| BD公司之Directigen™ EZ RSV為針對呼吸道融合瘤病毒(respiratory syncytial virus)之迅速免疫色析法，可於十五分鐘內，直接偵測並定性呼吸道檢體中RSV抗原的存在。
此試驗僅需兩個步驟：抗原萃取(extraction) 及偵測(detection)。檢體與萃取試劑(extraction
reagent)混合
加入測試盤後，即可等待觀測。利用創新之橫向流動技術，RSV抗原會和antibody-colloidal
gold conjugate結合，形成抗原抗體複合物，並向作用區移動。當此複合物被作用區膜上之 |

使用Directigen™ EZ RSV測試組，實驗者不需限定檢體採集方法，鼻咽洗液、鼻咽抽出物、鼻咽拭子等
檢體皆可使用。此試驗所使用之萃取試劑(extraction reagent)為針對黏性檢體之新設計，可大大增加檢出
率。根據臨床上之試驗，利用DirectigenTM EZ

| 流行性腦脊髓膜炎檢驗系統(The BD Directigen™)之試驗原理為乳膠凝集，可直接偵測及定量腦脊髓液、血清、尿液或血液培養基中之流感嗜血桿菌b型(Haemophilus
influenzae type b)，肺炎鏈球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae)，B群鏈球菌(Group
B Streptococcus)，A、B、C、Y或W135群腦膜炎雙球菌(Neisseria
meningitidis groups A、B、 C、 Y or W135)，及大腸桿菌 K1(Escherichia
coli K1)。當體液或血液檢體中含有任何這些菌之抗原時，即會和此試劑內包覆個別抗體之乳膠粒子產生作用，出現肉眼可見之凝集。 |
